pillFill is a medication reminder and personal record app. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, dosage recommendations, interaction checks, or missed-dose guidance. Follow your clinician's instructions and contact a qualified healthcare professional with medical questions.
Information stored on your device
Medication names, dose details, schedules, notes, dose records, reminder preferences, and capsule collection progress are stored locally in the app on your device. pillFill does not require an account and does not operate a server that receives this information. The app does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
You can optionally allow local notifications. The operating system schedules these notifications on your device. Lock-screen medication details are hidden by default; you can change this setting in the app.
Settings lets you export a local copy of your records and delete the app's local data. Deletion removes the app's local records; it cannot remove copies you previously exported or retained elsewhere.
Membership purchases
pillFill offers monthly and annual auto-renewing memberships through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes purchases and renewals under its own privacy terms. pillFill uses StoreKit to check membership entitlement on your device. The app does not receive or store your payment card details, and it has no account or backend service to associate medication records with a purchase.
Children's privacy and changes
pillFill is not designed to collect information from children. If the app's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before the changed practices are released.
This website
This policy and the support page are hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit these pages, Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the website under its privacy policy. These pages do not include advertising or analytics scripts and do not receive medication records from the app. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include so we can respond to your request.
